Doctor of Optometry & Clinic Director
Dr. Francesca Sefton is a board-certified optometrist experienced in refractive and comprehensive eye care. She is committed to providing patients with the highest quality of personalized care with the latest technologies offered at LaserVue Eye Center. She provides comprehensive primary eye care, dry eye disease management, surgical consultations and peri-operative care. Dr. Sefton takes pride in thorough counseling to help patients make the best and most informed decision about their eye health and visual needs. She is uniquely qualified in assessing surgical candidacy issues, and in blending various non-surgical treatment options where appropriate.
She is experienced in all refractive vision treatments, including LASIK, SMILE, PRK, ICL, RLE and premium cataract surgery, including Light-Adjustable Lenses (LALs). She also has experience in keratoconus management and scleral contact lens fittings.
Dr. Sefton provides evaluation and care for LaserVue patients undergoing vision correction surgery. She provides expert care in treating Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) with OptiLight (IPL) and LipiFlow treatments. She is committed to providing the highest level of vision care and looks forward to providing patients with quality and compassionate vision care.

Optometrist Francesca Sefton, O.D. is a native Californian who is excited to help locals and visitors alike to achieve an improved quality of life through better vision. With years of experience in refractive surgery, peri-operative care and general eye care, Dr. Sefton is passionate about helping patients not only see more clearly, but also enjoy their overall vision care experience.
