Our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Sonoma County has been meticulously created to meet the needs of both patient and surgeon. The center provides specialized care with an experienced and dedicated staff. Equipped with state of the art technology; the surgery center offers pre-operative areas, operating rooms, post-operative areas and more to ensure that excellent care is easily provided to all patients.

Our State-of-the-Art Surgical Facility
Our physicians and surgical team are very proud to perform our cataract, glaucoma, oculoplastic and other ophthalmic surgical procedures within our own Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Our ASC is a freestanding surgical facility dedicated to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care delivered by a highly engaged team. With technological advances in eye surgery evolving faster than ever, our eye surgeons share a vision of excellence.
We believe in compassionate medicine, where patients feel reassured and unrushed. We hold ourselves to the highest standards, as our center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and Medicare-certified. Patient satisfaction is our primary goal. We can perform a wide array of surgical procedures ranging from a short 15-minute procedure using topical or local anesthesia, to performing lengthy 5-hour procedures safely under general anesthesia. Certain procedures may be functional or medically necessary, in which case our ASC is contracted with a majority of national health insurance companies as well as Medicare (CMS).
With our primary emphasis on patient safety and secondary emphasis on patient comfort, all of our surgical procedures which require either intravenous (IV) sedation, “twilight anesthesia,” or general anesthesia are performed in conjunction with either a Board-Certified anesthesiologist or a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
