A: The eyes after Lasik are somewhat more vulnerable to direct trauma. If you expect to get whacked in the eyes you might want to consider PRK instead, but many who perform in extreme sports such as professional football, mountain climbing, sky diving, and even US fighter pilots have Lasik with no problems.
